Window history back not working

I never had this problem with the previous version (windows 8, 8.1) Now, after two backup my backup drive is full. Never have this problem with Windows 8, 8.1

It does not back up all files from the Include folder List.

Since I upgraded to windows 10, I have multiple problems with the file history which is not a reliable solution for backup I always use file history with windows 8 and windows 8.1 without any problem.
